Do I need to be a developer?

No. Shaka is an artist — "Everything you see was built by me and my agent family." The soul documents are plain language. The engineering is the pattern, and the pattern is copy-paste.

Do I need Taurus to use this?

No. Taurus is where THIS family lives, but the pattern is portable: Terri's Fork This Camp kit has quickstarts for Claude and ChatGPT too. The memory stack is just files; the soul document is just a prompt.

What does it cost to run a family?

Pennies per day for workers on the openrouter lane (the family runs mostly on kimi-k3). Governance seats ride a subscription lane at no extra wallet cost. Full routing strategy in billing-and-models.md.

Can I really just take all of it?
